Is the plan ready-made or personalized?
Fully personalized: after registration you get an in-depth assessment, and we build your plan from scratch within 48 hours — no ready-made templates.
How does follow-up work?
WhatsApp replies within 24 hours (Sun–Thu), plus regular follow-up calls depending on your package.
What is the guarantee?
The ethical guarantee: if you adhere at 85% with no progress, you get two extra weeks free — the guarantee is extra weeks, not a refund.
Do I need lab tests before starting?
The in-depth assessment after registration determines whether you need any tests — there is no one-size-fits-all test list.
Is there an intro session before subscribing?
Yes — a free discovery call where we get to know your goal and make sure the program fits you.
How do I book my appointment?
Via Google Calendar, right from the booking page — all times are Damascus time (GMT+3).
What if I get sick or something comes up?
You can freeze your subscription for up to a full month for health or emergency reasons, and we pick up where we left off.
